Auto-responder Emails in Shared Hosting
Creating an auto-responder message will take you only a few clicks if you work with a Linux shared hosting from our company. This can be done via the Emails part of our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel where one can view all your mailboxes available in alphabetical order. You can choose an e-mail address and click the auto-responder button or just right-click and select the option in the context menu that will pop up. All you have to do is to enter the text that you'd like to be sent as the automated reply and save the changes. You're able to enter any text you would like and updating or disabling the auto-responder feature can be just as simple. In the same part of the Control Panel you're able to check which mail accounts have the feature enabled and which do not.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you decide to host your domain names in a semi-dedicated server account from us, you will be able to create an auto-responder to any email address that you set up in the Emails section of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel. All email addresses which you have will be available in alphabetical order within this section and for all of them you'll see a tiny "Auto-responder" button. To enable the function, click the button for a particular email, type in the message that you'd like people to get as a reply to their e-mails, then save your changes. You will be able to modify or delete this text at any time following the exact same steps. If you want to create an auto-responder to a range of emails, you can pick them and include a message to them simultaneously - an option, which is available in Hepsia and that can save you time and effort.
